This version of The Great Escape is the perfect version of the game (from the last CD re-edition).

Modified by Tgames in order to no use anymore the CD, SecuRom 4 removed and 1080p resolution enforced.

NO CD to mount, just extract everything to C:\ hardrive.

Update 1.0a: All resolutions has now been added directly to the game exe !
You can now switch on the fly.


Setup :
--------------

0) Extract the zip to the root of the letter of the hardrive of your choose (for example C:)
It must be C:\SCi Games\The Great Escape\
1) Launch the setup_XXXX.reg corresponding to your language (for example : setup_english.reg)
3) Launch GreatEscape.exe !

Note: With the reg installed the game will use 1080p to render the game.

Thank you for uploading this game here. I wanted to report a bug. The notebook screen ("Tab") gets broken after the included widescreen fix is applied:



In addition, the main menu has black borders on the sides after the widescreen fix too:



Is it possible for you to fix those issues, please?

I agree, that kind of issue usually comes from how the widescreen fix scales UI elements rather than anything intentional. Older games often hard-code menus and overlays, so fixes can easily break secondary screens like the notebook or introduce black borders. Digging into these quirks actually mirrors how you learn to assess odds, probabilities, and risk management, because you start spotting patterns instead of guessing.
